What cards fit in your binders?

Our standard binders are designed for trading cards stored in standard-sized sleeves. We also offer dedicated toploader binders designed to accommodate cards stored in standard toploaders.

Are the pages side-loading?

Yes. All BinderLab binders feature side-loading pockets to help keep your cards secure.

Are your pages archival safe?

Yes. Our binders use acid-free, archival-safe pages designed for long-term card storage.

Can I store sleeved cards?

Absolutely. Our binders are designed to comfortably fit sleeved trading cards.

How many cards can your binders hold?

Capacity varies depending on the binder type. Please refer to the product description for the specific capacity of each binder.


Custom Binders

How does the custom binder process work?

  1. Submit your artwork or idea.
  2. We review your design and prepare a mockup if required.
  3. You approve the final design.
  4. We engrave and produce your binder.
  5. Your order is quality checked and shipped.

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. You can provide your own artwork, logo, character design, or concept.

Will I see the design before it is engraved?

Yes. We will provide a design proof or mockup where required before production begins.

How long do custom binders take?

Custom binders are typically completed and dispatched within 10–14 business days from artwork approval.

Can I make changes after approving my design?

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.


Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. BinderLab ships to collectors worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my binder?

If your binder arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I return a custom binder?

As custom binders are made specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will make it right.

No. BinderLab is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pokémon, Nintendo, One Piece, Bandai, Toei Animation, or any other intellectual property owner unless explicitly stated.

Where are your binders made?

BinderLab products are designed and engraved in Australia.
