At BinderLab, every binder is carefully prepared, engraved, inspected, and packaged before being shipped to its new home.
Processing Times
Standard Collection Orders
Standard Collection products are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.
During product launches, conventions, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you directly.
Custom Orders
Custom binders require artwork preparation, design review, approval, and production.
Custom orders are typically completed and dispatched within 10–14 business days from artwork approval.
Production does not begin until all required artwork and approvals have been received. More complex designs may require additional time, and we will communicate any delays where applicable.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using trusted shipping partners.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
BinderLab ships to collectors worldwide.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Delivery timeframes vary between countries and are dependent on local postal services, customs processing, and carrier networks. Any delivery estimates provided are guidelines only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, VAT, GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by BinderLab and are the responsibility of the customer.
Some countries may require payment of these fees before delivery can be completed. This can occur even if no such charges have been applied to previous orders.
BinderLab is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or delays resulting from customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
While we will always do our best to assist, BinderLab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
BinderLab cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If an error is identified before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the shipping details.
