Returns & Refund Policy

At BinderLab, we take pride in creating high-quality trading card binders for collectors around the world.

Standard Collection Products

If you receive a standard collection binder that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product

If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Minor variations in colour or engraving appearance caused by lighting or photography

Custom Binder Orders

All custom binders are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Design preference changes after approval
  • Customer-supplied artwork that does not appear as expected once engraved
  • Incorrect information provided during the ordering process

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any artwork, proofs, or design concepts provided.

Defective Custom Products

If your custom binder arrives with a manufacturing defect, engraving error caused by BinderLab, or damage sustained during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a defect is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement product
  • Repair where appropriate
  • A partial or full refund

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The external packaging
  • Any visible shipping damage

This allows us to investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue quickly.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by Australian Consumer Law.
